Job Description: This role is open to both Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, NRCMA, or CCMA) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) candidates.

• Prepare patient charts, check vitals, and set the stage for great care.
• Administer medications, give immunizations, collect specimens, and assist with minor procedures such as wound care and suture removal.
• Maintain patient records in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Support providers, participate in team huddles, and help keep the clinic running smoothly.
• Educate patients about their treatment plans, medications, and follow‑up care.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, NRCMA, or CCMA) – required at time of hire and must be maintained.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Knowledge of point‑of‑care testing (POCT), immunizations, and injection techniques.
• Strong problem‑solving, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Excellent customer service and the ability to work well on a team.
• Comfortable with Microsoft applications and EMR systems.
• Radiology certification (if applicable for X‑ray functions).

As an LPN, you will provide compassionate care under the supervision of a registered nurse in various settings.

• Deliver nursing care under RN supervision in acute care, long‑term care, home health, and ambulatory care environments.
• Perform patient assessments, collect data, and document care accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments following protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patients.
• Operate in compliance with the Missouri State Board of Nurse Practice Act.

• Graduated from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Current Missouri practical nurse license.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BCLS).
