Overview
Licensed Clinician position at Recovery Village, a Kansas City-based adult rehabilitation facility that is physician‑led and committed to evidence‑based, compassionate care for substance use disorders and mental health conditions.
Compensation & HoursPay: $74,880 - $85,280 + Financial Incentives (including a Weekend Day Shift Incentive, up to $2,496/year).
Hours:
8 am – 4:30 pm, Tuesday‑Saturday.

- Levels of care include Medical Detox, Inpatient/Residential SUD & MH Rehab, Medication‑assisted treatment (MAT), and Aftercare Planning.
- Individual, family, and group therapy.
- Biopsychosocial assessments.
- Treatment Planning.
- Documentation.
- Therapeutic intervention practices.
- Discharge summary.
- Master’s Degree with appropriate licensure/certification as per state regulations.
- At least two (2) years of clinical experience in the mental health field (additional training may substitute for one year) and prior experience working in the SUDs field.
- Licensed in the state of Missouri with one of the following: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist.
- Preferred:
Active MO MAADAC or CAADAC certification (in addition to state licensure).
