Operations Management, Project & Program Management, General Management
This role is for a builder. A leader who wants to shape an operation, develop people, and deliver a customer experience that stands out.
You’ll own the entire post‑sale journey — project delivery, field execution, service response, and ongoing customer care. You’ll lead both office and field teams, drive accountability, and make sure execution stays sharp as the company grows.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and managing the full Operations team
- Ensuring customers receive exceptional service from installation through long‑term support
- Coaching project managers, field leaders, technicians, and customer care staff
- Planning, scheduling, staffing, and executing projects
- Driving projects to completion on time and on budget
- Owning field productivity, labor performance, and quality
- Responding quickly to service issues
- Building a culture where customer problems are owned, not passed around
- Establishing KPIs, scorecards, and accountability systems
- Improving processes and communication across departments
- Recruiting and developing high‑performing team members
- Building the operational structure needed for future growth
Who succeeds here: Someone who leads with ownership, moves fast, and loves developing people. Someone who uses KPIs to manage performance and isn’t afraid to make decisions. Someone who can see the big picture and dive into details when execution needs tightening.
If you come from security integration, low voltage, construction, electrical, mechanical, or skilled trades — even better.
This is a full‑time role with significant growth potential for a leader who can build teams, improve execution, and scale operations.
