Position: LPN/RN (Children and Young Adults)

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on a single patient at a time, develop strong and lasting relationships, and make a meaningful impact in their lives. Whether you are experienced in pediatric care or looking to expand your skillset, we provide comprehensive training in trach, g-tube, ventilator care, and more.

Your Responsibilities
  • Follow and contribute to individualized care plans
  • Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders
  • Monitor and document patient condition via electronic charting
  • Educate and support patients and families in their care routines
  • Collaborate with the care team to achieve the best outcomes
  • Participate in continuing education and team meetings
  • Active LPN or RN license
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, compassionate, and adaptable
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
