In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing high-quality repairs to vehicles’ body and structural components, ensuring safety, precision, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
  • Perform collision repairs including body panel replacement, dent removal, and frame straightening
  • Conduct thorough inspections of body damage and provide accurate repair estimates
  • Repair or replace worn, damaged, or malfunctioning vehicle parts
  • Ensure vehicles meet all safety and quality standards before returning to customers
  • Use power tools, welding equipment, paint prep machines, and common hand tools to perform tasks
  • Maintain efficiency and accuracy in repair processes while meeting deadlines
  • Follow manufacturer specifications, repair procedures, and dealership guidelines
  • Work closely with estimators, service advisors, and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Body Shop or Collision Repair Technician (Ford dealership experience a plus)
  • I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications preferred
  • Strong knowledge of auto body repair methods, equipment, and safety procedures
  • Ability to identify problems quickly and recommend effective solutions
  • Proficiency with repair manuals, computerized estimating systems, and diagnostic equipment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications preferred
  • Positive, friendly attitude and commitment to customer service
