* Key Responsibilities:
*** Perform comprehensive evaluations to gauge clients' aptitudes, interests, values, and transferable skills while identifying areas for enhancement.
* Liaise with employment specialists, job developers, and HR managers to synchronize efforts and broker deals furthering clients' career objectives.
* Identify job vacancies that match clients' profiles and assist with applications, interviews, and necessary arrangements for success.
* Advocate for reasonable workplace accommodations that consider functional limitations and remove barriers for clients.
* Provide ongoing training through workshops and courses while keeping abreast of industry trends and acquiring new competencies.
* Instruct clients in essential soft skills including communication, time management, teamwork, and leadership.
* Equip clients with rudimentary computer skills and optimize their technology use for effective job searching.
* Coach clients in financial planning, including budgeting, savings, and retirement provisioning.
* Educate clients on wellness maintenance, covering topics such as stress management and healthy lifestyle choices.
** Education, Experience, and/or Credential
Qualifications:
*** A high school diploma or equivalent certificate is required; an associate’s or bachelor's degree in an applicable field from an accredited institution is preferred.
* Preferred experience in rehabilitation, employment services, case management, or social services.

*** A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
