We're looking for full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis today at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Woburn, MA area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

Mavis offers eligible Automotive Tire Technicians guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800.

Job Overview

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you are the backbone of our business. You receive competitive base compensation plus the opportunity to earn significant weekly bonus payments for each service performed.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels.
• Perform tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
• Provide best-in-class automotive service while pursuing weekly bonus payments tied to every service performed.
• Follow industry-leading processes through paid training and ongoing coaching.
