• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and other routine vehicle maintenance services.
• Inspect vehicles for fluid levels, tire wear, and general mechanical issues to ensure safe operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers regarding services performed and recommendations.
• Follow all service protocols and safety standards as outlined by Route 128 Honda.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals and timelines.

• Previous experience as a Quick Lube Technician or in a similar automotive maintenance role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required for service tasks.
