• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, and microdermabrasion.
• Provide eyelash extensions.
• Manage client consultations to recommend suitable skincare routines and retail products, upselling effectively while prioritizing guest satisfaction.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by adhering to health regulations and ensuring all equipment is properly sterilized after each use.
• Engage with clients through social media management and product demos to promote services and build lasting relationships.
• Support front desk operations by greeting guests, answering inquiries, booking appointments, and ensuring smooth daily flow of the salon or spa environment.

• Proven expertise in cosmetology with certifications in esthetics; experience with med spa procedures is highly desirable.
• Strong management skills to coordinate appointments, retail sales, and team collaboration effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients on the services provided at the spa.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
• Ability to perform body waxing and hair styling.
• Experience in social media management for promoting services and engaging with the community; familiarity with product demos enhances client engagement.
