Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing full-arch dental implant center, is looking for a skilled CRNA to join our team at our office in Reading, MA
. We provide implants and full-mouth restorations to our patients, providing life-changing procedures. Our top priority is the satisfaction and well-being of our patients. 2 days per week

Hourly rate starts at: $290/hour, negotiable based on market

Daily guarantee, whether you work or not

Report at 6:30am – First surgery starting at 7am

1099 contractor

• Two years of experience practicing as a CRNA.
• One year experience practicing independently as a solo provider.
• Recent experience providing general anesthesia.
• Proficient in nasal intubations.
• Experience delivering anesthesia in an outpatient facility and/or surgery center.

• Experience with dental anesthesia.
• Experience delivering anesthesia in an office-based setting.

• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Current state licensure as an APRN.
• Current ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance.

• Administer general anesthesia with a nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants in an office-based setting.
• Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop and implement anesthesia plans.
• Ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines.
• Perform pre‑operative assessments and provide education to patients regarding options and potential risks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses and any adverse events.
• Stay up to date with evidence-based research in anesthesia techniques, medications and equipment.
