Fulltime Evening RN Supervisor position available for 3pm-11pm shift in Reading, MA
Responsibilities of RN Supervisor:- Managing clinical staff on 3pm-11pm shift
- Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in healthcare setting
- Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to dealfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public
- Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care center
- Managing patient and family concerns as needed on evening shift
- Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required-MA & RN Only
- A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state please list the state that is required for role
- Prior supervisory experience
