• Partner with the General Manager and team to create action plans that improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) goals.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory efficiencies to create product orders.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor production charts and adjust planning as needed.
• Create and monitor schedules, manage onboarding of new team members.
• Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Conflict resolution and compliance with Burger King standards.
• Motivates employees, resolves conflicts, and makes tough decisions.
• Flexible to work all shifts, including open, close, weekends and holidays.
