: $70,000–$100,000 per year, with hourly rate $27.50 per hour (+ commission) during the first 8 weeks, then $20 per hour + commission.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a non‑pressured shopping experience that is enjoyable, fun, and productive.
• Use a consultative selling approach to find the right merchandise to fit guests’ wants, needs, and budget.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2 years of commissioned sales experience preferred.
• Success in a fast paced, high‑volume environment.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs.
• Professional demeanor and dress.
• Ability to walk and stand up to 10 consecutive hours, averaging 7 miles per shift.
