Sales Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Route 128 Honda. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our dealership in Reading, MA.

• Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to meet dealership sales goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and handle escalated customer concerns.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operational workflow.
• Manage inventory levels and assist in purchasing decisions.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
• Knowledge of automotive sales processes and customer service best practices.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
