What You’ll Do- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Consultants
- Manage daily operations of both the New and Used Vehicle Departments
- Desk deals and assist in structuring transactions
- Monitor sales performance, gross profit, and department profitability
- Partner with the Finance Department to maximize product penetration and customer satisfaction
- Assist with inventory management, vehicle pricing, and inventory aging strategies
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales staff
- Ensure a professional, customer-focused sales process
- Maintain high CSI and online reputation standards
- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
- Minimum 3 years of automotive sales management experience
- Demonstrated success managing both new and used vehicle sales operations
- Strong desking and closing skills
- Experience with inventory management and vehicle appraisals
- Ability to analyze sales reports, KPIs, and profitability metrics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching abilities
- CRM experience required
- Honda experience is a plus, but not required
