Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

We’re the self-storage industry leader and we are hiring now. Earn $14.00 per hour.

• Flexible and full‑time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm, weekends up to 5pm.

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.

• Transport and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Walk in and around facilities up to 50% of the time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/ curb appeal free of debris.

• Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between work locations; mileage reimbursement available.
