Role:
Associate Director of Launch Excellence and Operations within the Global Specialty Franchise, focusing on enabling successful global launch planning and operational execution for late-stage programs in immunology, ophthalmology, and rare diseases.
- partner with brand teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive launch readiness, standardize planning methodologies, monitor milestones, and optimize processes using digital tools; support operational activities such as readiness reviews and launch events; contribute to global standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree; minimum 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience with strong commercial acumen, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to navigate ambiguity and lead without authority.
- MBA, prior marketing or launch planning experience, and familiarity with pharmaceutical commercialization trends.
- focus on specialty therapeutics, late-stage development, global launch coordination, and digital planning tools.
- hybrid in Rahway, NJ or Upper Gwynedd, PA; travel approximately 20-25%.
