Customer Service Representative (CSR)
What You’ll Do- Answer inbound calls, web quote requests, and texts quickly
- Qualify projects and book design consultations on the sales calendar
- Follow up on unbooked leads until you get a yes or a no
- Keep the CRM clean and notes accurate
- Coordinate scheduling updates between homeowners and production
- 2+ years in phone-based customer service, scheduling, or inside sales
- Great phone presence warm, fast, organized
- Comfortable with CRM software, email, and texting platforms
- Home services experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus
- Hourly base plus bonus for booked and sold appointments
- Consistent weekday schedule
- Paid training on our process and products
- A brand homeowners are actually happy to hear from
