Center Well Home Health is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide direct patient care in a home setting under the supervision of an RN. You will follow the Aide Plan of Care and help with activities of daily living, mobility, nutrition, and basic medical observation.
The role requires a completed CNA or HHA program within 24 months, state certification, and a valid driver’s license. Experience in home health or related patient care settings is preferred.
