Role:
Clinical Pharmacology Lead supporting Pfizer’s Internal Medicine portfolio, focusing on model-informed drug development (MIDD) to inform dosing and study design.
- act as clinical pharmacology representative on cross-functional teams, design and oversee clinical pharmacology plans, integrate PK/PD data with patient and disease characteristics, and contribute to regulatory documentation.
- MD/PhD or PharmD with 0+ years (MD/PhD) or 2+ years (PharmD) in pharmacokinetics, pharmacometrics, or related fields; expertise in PK/PD modeling, systems pharmacology, and clinical trial simulation (using NONMEM, R, etc.); strong communication and collaboration skills.
High-Value: supports early to late-phase (FIH through Phase
3) drug development in internal medicine; regulatory engagement; hybrid work environment, requiring onsite presence ~2.5 days/week; global team interaction. The role emphasizes innovative modeling, dose optimization, and strategic input for clinical development plans within Pfizer’s MIDD framework.
