Responsibilities- Lead a multidisciplinary team

Focus on modernizing medical monitoring, advancing digital tools, and aligning clinical science with operational standards.
Candidate must have at least 5 years as a Clinical Scientist, with experience in learning/development, and a strong background in clinical trial design, data review, and medical monitoring.
High ValueFocus on clinical capability building, digital/technological innovation in clinical data, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement; travel ~25%; hybrid work setup.
Qualifications- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) with 8+ years relevant experience or master’s with 12+ years, including at least 5 years in pharma/clinical development.
- Preferred: coaching certification, experience in curriculum design, and leadership development.
The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational change skills, supporting the global clinical development organization.
