Responsibilities/
Job Duties
- Capturing rendered services accurately and promptly to streamline charge entry
- Submitting assisted reproductive technology (ART) insurance claims efficiently
- Reviewing and reconciling daily reports to ensure seamless charge and claim workflows
- Processing and applying insurance and patient payment posting accurately
- Managing self-pay billing procedures and assisting patients with balance inquiries
- Executing patient A/R follow-up and collection strategies to resolve outstanding balances
- Providing phone and patient-portal support,scaling coverage as operational workflow ramped up
- Experience:2+ years of administrative or billing experience within a medical practice or physician office
- Revenue Cycle Operations:Demonstrated hands-on expertise in charge entry and insurance claim submission
- Technical Proficiency:Comfortable navigating EMR/PM systems with a proven ability to quickly master new software
- Data Integrity:Exceptional attention to detail and precision when handling complex financial and patient records
- Agility:Highly adaptable and self-directed, capable of reprioritizing tasks seamlessly in a fast-paced environment
- Compliance:Strong foundation in HIPAA regulations with strict adherence to PHI confidentiality standards
Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
