Power BI Lead Job Reading area,Pennsylvania USA,IT/Tech

Requirements:

7 or more years of experience in Business Intelligence and data analytics development.

Proficiency in Power BI architecture, dashboard development, and governance.

Experience in the financial services or banking industry.

Experience with defining enterprise-grade reporting standards and best practices.

Experience in designing reusable assets, templates, and shared datasets.

Experience with data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mature the Business Intelligence function across the enterprise.

Establish and scale Power BI reporting environments and capabilities.

Implement enterprise-grade reporting standards for data consistency.

Define best practices for dashboard development and data visualization.

Create reusable assets including templates, datasets, and documentation.

Conduct technical peer reviews to ensure solution quality.

Provide training and support to empower business users.
