Position Summary:

Tech Club Inc is seeking an experienced, highly technical, and accomplished Dynamics Functional Analyst Lead with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations to join our client delivery team on a full-time, onsite basis in Malvern, PA. In this specialized enterprise application and leadership role, you will spearhead gathering business requirements, designing functional solutions, configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O / CE / Customer Engagement), and leading functional consulting teams.

You will work closely with C-level business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical developers to ensure successful end-to-end ERP/CRM deployments. As a Dynamics Functional Analyst Lead at Tech Club Inc in Malvern, PA, you will take full ownership of bridging business strategy and technical execution across Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass conducting stakeholder workshops, performing gap-fit analysis, authoring functional design documents (FDDs), and configuring D365 workflows, security roles, and business processes. You will lead functional work streams, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide comprehensive user training.

Working in a fast-paced onsite consulting environment in Malvern, PA, you will drive digital transformation and enterprise operational efficiency.

• Lead end-to-end functional analysis, solution design, and configuration across Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations (F&O / CE).
• Conduct discovery workshops with C-level business stakeholders to gather requirements and define business processes.
• Perform thorough gap-fit analysis and translate business needs into functional design documents (FDDs) for technical teams.
• Configure D365 core modules, workflows, business rules, security profiles, and custom entities.
• Coordinate and manage user acceptance testing (UAT), test scenarios, and defect triage workflows.
• Provide expert guidance on data migration, system integration strategies, and cutover planning.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of junior and mid-level functional analysts and consultants.
• Collaborate closely with technical developers, solution architects, and project managers in Malvern, PA.
• Ensure strict adherence to project delivery milestones, budget constraints, and quality assurance standards.
• Prepare comprehensive user training manuals, system documentation, and post-implementation support runbooks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience as a Functional Analyst or Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Deep specialized expertise in D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and/or Customer Engagement (CE / CRM).
• Proven track record leading functional work streams across multiple full-lifecycle D365 implementations.
• Strong expertise in requirement gathering, gap-fit analysis, process mapping, and functional design document (FDD) creation.
• Excellent leadership, client-facing presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
• Professional availability for onsite employment in Malvern, PA.

• Microsoft Certified:
  Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Dynamics 365 Supply Chain/Finance/Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate/Expert certifications.
• Experience integrating D365 with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure services.
• Prior working experience in Big 4 consulting firms or premier Microsoft Gold Partner implementation partners.
• Strong background in change management and enterprise business process re-engineering.
• Experience supporting post-go-live hypercare and continuous improvement initiatives.
