* 2. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets. This includes familiarity with basic software applications, internet navigation, and the ability to communicate effectively via email and other digital platforms.

** Customer Service Experience (B219)*

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

+ Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and control entry and exit in accordance with established procedures.

+ Respond to access control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify and report security-related concerns and help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Complete accurate reports, shift logs, and access-related records, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
