As a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, you’ll support and deliver a broad range of advisory-led assignments
, while continuing to build your technical and client-facing capability. Typical areas include:
- Corporate restructures and group reorganisations
- M&A and transaction-related tax support
- Shareholder and profit extraction planning
- International and cross-border tax issues
- Tax risk and governance matters
You’ll work closely with senior team members and partners, gaining real exposure to clients and genuine involvement in advisory discussions
, while also reviewing and supporting compliance work where needed. This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys consultancy-style work and wants to progress toward a more senior advisory position
