Accounts Payable Clerk

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the brewery, based at our offices in Tadcaster. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar accounts payable role and will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of supplier invoices and maintaining the accounts payable ledger

Key Responsibilities Maintaining and reconciling the accounts payable ledger Inputting and processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently Dealing with supplier queries relating to invoices and payments Investigating and resolving payment queries Ensuring invoices are processed in a timely manner Providing general support to the accounts team as required About You We are looking for an organised and conscientious individual with previous experience in a similar Accounts Payable role.

You will have good attention to detail, be confident dealing with invoice and payment queries, and have the ability to work accurately and efficiently within a busy office environment.
