VAT Manager – Advisory , Balance and Partner Prospects

This is a senior VAT role with a profitable, well-established firm that can offer good-quality advisory work without the pressure and politics often found in larger environments.

You would join a growing indirect tax team, working alongside experienced VAT specialists and managing a sizeable client portfolio. The client base is varied, with work across international businesses, not-for-profit organisations, SMEs, real estate and wider commercial clients.

The role has a strong advisory focus
. You would manage client relationships, deliver project-based VAT advice, deal with complex technical points and help ensure the firm provides a high-quality indirect tax service across its client base.

There is also a commercial element. You would be involved in developing existing clients, identifying opportunities, supporting new work and collaborating with other offices across the region.

The firm is keen to continue building its VAT offering, so this is a role with genuine long-term prospects. You would have the opportunity to develop technically, take on more responsibility and, over time, build towards Partner.
