- Maintainaccuratecustomerinsurancerecordsandupdatereceivablesandreceiptinformationontheinsuranceportal.
- Manageandregularlyupdatesalespoliciesandrelatedinformation,issuetheinvoicesintheinternalsystem.
- Customer Discount Management .
- Communicatewiththe Salesteamandcustomersoncustomerpaymentandregisteritinsystem.
- Maintainaccurateandup-to-datefinancialandadministrativerecords.
- employeeexpensereview.
- Workcloselywiththe Finance Manage rand Salesteamtoensurefinance -relatedtasksarecompletedaccuratelyandefficiently.
Succeed:
- Adegreein Accounting,Financeorarelevantfieldispreferred.
- Previousexperienceinasimilaraccountingorfinancesupportroleispreferred.
- Goodverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
- Strongattentiontodetailandahighlevelofaccuracy.
- Goodworkingknowledge Excel,includingcommonlyusedfunctions.
- Strongorganisationalskillsandtheabilitytomanagemultipletasksandpriorities.
- Self-motivatedandabletoworkindependently,whilealsobeinganeffectiveteamplayer.
- Aproactiveandpositiveapproachtoproblem-solving.
- Willingnesstolearnanddevelopwithinthe Finance function.
