We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our Pensions Team within HR, where accuracy, teamwork and a strong focus on service delivery are key.
An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Administrator to join the University’s Pensions Team within the Human Resources function. This role is well suited to someone with an administrative background who enjoys working accurately, communicating clearly and contributing as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities- Carrying out a variety monthly administration processes accurately and on time
- Responding to queries from employees, colleagues and external service providers in a professional and timely manner
- Acting as a point of contact between members and the third-party administrators
- Supporting the wider Pensions Team with general administrative duties as required
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills for customer care and team working
- Attention to detail enabling you to work with a high level of accuracy
- The ability to work flexibly to accommodate changing priorities
