Patient Pathway Coordinator (CAT 5 T&O) –
Band 4

Contract:

Permanent, Full time – 37.5 hours per week (08:00‑18:00)

Salary: £27,485 – £30,162 per annum

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient pathways to meet government treatment time targets.
  • Manage outpatient clinic schedules, waiting lists and booking of surgery.
  • Provide administrative support to Paediatric consultants and the general admin team.
  • Work under pressure in a fast‑paced department and meet deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths, grades A‑C.
  • Experience of using full range of IT and patient data systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Experience scheduling outpatient appointments and/or admissions.
  • Computer literate and team oriented with strong communication skills.
