Band 2 Ward Clerk (Orthopaedic Trauma Unit)
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our busy Orthopaedic Trauma Unit.

This is a full‑time position for 37.5 hours per week (two‑week rotation pattern:
Week One:
Wednesday/Thursday/Friday 07:00‑17:30, Tuesday 10:00‑17:30 OR Tuesday 07:00‑15:00; Week Two: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 07:00‑17:30, Friday 10:00‑17:30 OR Saturday 07:00‑15:00).
- Provide outstanding service to all who visit the department and maintain a high quality and efficient service in a confident and courteous manner.
- Work confidently within a team in a fast‑paced environment, communicating with patients and colleagues at all levels and working quickly under pressure.
- Consistently and accurately carry out duties in accordance with local procedures, deadlines and best practice.
- Experience of working within an administrative environment.
- Proficient use of multiple computer systems and management of electronic and paper‑based data.
- Excellent IT skills and the ability to work quickly under pressure.
