Permanent, term time only plus 3 inset days

Grade 4 SCP 7 to 11

£13,606.99 to £14,503.20 per annum

Role Overview

Waingels, a popular 11-18 school where students achieved above national average in all measures and was identified as “continuing to be good” in a recent OFSTED inspection, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our support staff team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the general administrative needs of the school. The role will be wide ranging, covering all aspects of administration as required but with a specific responsibility for supporting the administration of educational visits and examinations.

The role includes acting as a First Aider and providing reception when required.

  • Support general administrative needs of the school.
  • Assist with the administration of educational visits and examinations.
  • Act as a First Aider.
  • Provide reception and visitor assistance as required.

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Confident communication with students, staff, parents and visitors.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and supporting young people.
