Monday to Friday, 09:00am – 13:00pm - 20 hours per week

This role will provide a professional and welcoming reception service by managing enquiries, supporting visitors and handling telephone calls efficiently. It will coordinate appointments, room bookings and mail, maintain accurate administrative and compliance records, and ensure reception and public areas are clean, organised and well‑presented. The role will also support facilities management by logging maintenance issues, managing keys and security passes, supervising the car park when required, and administering company systems and databases.
Additionally, it will undertake general administrative tasks, respond to alarm calls and assist with resolving or escalating complaints in line with company procedures.
- Previous customer service or reception experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, friendly and approachable manner.
- Ability to remain calm and supportive when dealing with queries or challenging situations.
- Some flexibility to provide additional cover on occasion, where possible.
