Thames Water is seeking a Charges Coordinator for Reading to manage payments from Highway Authorities. You will investigate validity, process invoices within timescales, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve queries and minimise costs.
You will maintain precise records, identify trends to reduce future expenses, and ensure only legitimate charges are paid. The role is hybrid, based in Reading, with some office days.
