* 09:00–13:00 Monday to Friday

* 13:00–17:00 Monday to Friday

NHS Property Services partner with customers to enable excellent patient care by acting as a trusted advisor to the NHS and by providing the best estate solutions. About the Role:

We are looking for Receptionists to join the NHS Professionals bank and provide support across our services. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexibility while making a positive contribution within healthcare.

You will be responsible for:

* Handling telephone enquiries and supporting visitors

* Scheduling appointments and managing records

* General administrative duties including filing, photocopying and correspondence

* Maintaining the reception area and providing excellent customer service

Skills and experience:

* Receptionist experience preferred but not essential

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

* Professional approach and commitment to confidentiality
