Deputy Breast Screening Office Manager

Are you an experienced administrator with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient services?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Deputy Breast Screening Administrative Services Manager to support the delivery of an efficient, responsive and patient-focused administrative service within the West Berkshire NHS Breast Screening Service.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the NHS breast screening programme, supporting the early detection of breast cancer and helping to improve outcomes for thousands of women across Berkshire., Support the management and coordination of the administrative functions of the West Berkshire Breast Screening Service. Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision and support to administrative staff. Deputise for the Breast Screening Administrative Services Manager when required.

Ensure compliance with NHS Breast Screening Programme standards, national guidance, government targets and Trust policies. Monitor and support administrative performance against key operational objectives. Assist with training and staff development. Support service improvement projects and the implementation of new processes. Investigate and resolve administrative issues, escalating where appropriate.
