Duties & Responsibilities:

Monitoring the progress of sales orders despatched from UK and European partners Liaising with suppliers, customers, and logistics companies to track shipments Monitoring of the team inboxes Taking telephone calls and helping deal with queries from clients Providing ad hoc support to the team Any other duties as appropriate

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven order processing or sales administration experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills, written and verbal Strong accuracy and attention to detail Strong IT skills including the use of Microsoft software Ability to work under pressure A ‘can do’, proactive attitude As well as a basic salary, the successful candidate will be offered a monthly and end of year performance bonus scheme (subject to eligibility).
