This is a varied Administrator role with a real mix of responsibilities. Alongside general office administration, you’ll support projects, liaise with clients and external contacts, assist with finance and marketing, and help keep important work moving to deadline. If you enjoy being involved in different areas of a business and like having plenty to get stuck into, this could be a great opportunity for you!
What you’ll be doing as an Administrator Providing varied administrative support across the business, including diary management, correspondence, records and general office coordination Supporting projects with documentation, reporting, client communication and keeping key information and deadlines on track Assisting the finance department with invoicing, purchase and sales ledger administration, expenses and credit control Liaising with clients, suppliers and external organisations to coordinate information, documentation and approvals Supporting purchasing and providing administration for marketing activity and other areas of the business when required Providing telephone and reception support, helping to keep the office organised and ensuring queries and messages are followed up promptly We’re looking for an Administrator who has:
Previous experience in an administrative or similar office-based role Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several priorities at once Good attention to detail and a professional approach Confidence communicating with clients, suppliers and other external contacts A proactive approach and a willingness to get involved across different areas of the business A full clean driving licence and access to your own car Why apply for this Administrator role?
