We are looking for a Student Experience Supervisor to join our team.
You will provide exam candidates, students and visitors with an outstanding experience in Kaplan training locations. You’ll ensure computer-based exams are administered in accordance with institute regulations and that compliance is upheld. In addition, you will ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently, in a timely manner and to a high standard, as well as ensuring the training location is ready for our students during operating hours.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Exam Coordinator, Invigilator, Customer Service Advisor or Office Manager, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.
