The must haves for this role:
Good standard of education (4 x GCSEs at grade C or higher (old grading) grade 4 or higher (new grading) or equivalent Previous experience of working in office-based or customer care environments and of handling sensitive and confidential information Ability to produce professional documentation to a high standard Demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) to an advanced level.
