We are recruiting an HGV Service Advisor to join our client, a well-established and busy commercial vehicle dealership.

This is a key front‑line role, acting as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring vehicles progress smoothly through the service process.

• Booking vehicles into the workshop and MOT schedule
• Acting as the main customer contact (phone & face‑to‑face)
• Preparing jobs accurately and managing work in progress
• Gaining authorisation and upselling additional work where appropriate
• Providing regular updates to customers on vehicle status
• Raising invoices and ensuring accuracy on completed work
• Supporting workshop utilisation and efficiency

• Experience in an automotive or commercial vehicle environment (HGV preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organised with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Confident handling authorisations, invoicing and workshop coordination
