VANRATH are recruiting Vehicle Technicians & Mechanics across Northern Ireland to join a range of leading automotive employers, from main dealerships to specialist commercial vehicle workshops. Opportunities are available within:
Main dealerships Independent garages Fleet maintenance providers Commercial vehicle (HGV/LGV) workshops
Key Responsibilities Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on light vehicles and/or HGV/LGVs Diagnose faults using modern diagnostic equipment Deliver high standards of workmanship and technical advice Ensure all work is completed in line with manufacturer and safety standards Support workshop efficiency and productivity targets What We're Looking For NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or time-served experience) Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic (light or commercial vehicles) Full UK driving licence (HGV licence desirable for commercial roles) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What's On Offer Depending on the employer, you can expect:
