Up to £42,000 Basic Doe + Monthly Bonus (Uncapped)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm | 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:00am - 1:00pm

The Role

As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing prestige vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards while delivering outstanding quality and first-time fixes.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
  • Completing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work
  • Performing road tests where required
  • Maintaining accurate workshop documentation and job records
  • Working closely with the Service Team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Keeping up to date with the latest vehicle technology and manufacturer training
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and to manufacturer standards
About You
  • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience within a franchised dealership or prestige workshop
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
  • Excellent mechanical and electrical knowledge
  • EV / Hybrid qualifications advantageous but not essential
  • MOT Tester Licence desirable but not essential
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence
  • A professional attitude and pride in delivering exceptional workmanship
