Account Manager (UK & EMEA)
Location: Office-based, Reading
Type: Full-time, permanent

Youll manage and grow UK & EMEA client accounts, build trusted relationships, and deliver Lumina Learning solutions that genuinely help organisations and people grow.

Youll manage a portfolio of UK & EMEA clients, acting as their main point of contact and trusted partner.
- Manage and grow assigned client accounts across the UK & EMEA
- Build strong client relationships through regular calls, meetings, and face-to-face sessions
- Understand client goals and recommend the right Lumina Learning solutions
- Ensure high-quality delivery in partnership with the Direct Delivery Manager
- Attend in-house qualification events to build relationships with new clients
- Own client communication and follow-through from start to finish
- Keep CRM records accurate and opportunities up to date
- Work closely with Finance and Client Support on invoicing and payments
- Support ad hoc projects as the business grows
- You enjoy working with clients and building long-term relationships
- Youre commercially aware and motivated by growth and results
- Youre confident running client meetings and facilitating discussions
- You like owning your accounts and being accountable for outcomes
- You want to grow your career in account management
Essential
- 2+ years experience in a commercial or account management role
- Proven success managing stakeholders and hitting targets
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Digital confidence and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Willingness to travel and be office-based during probation
Nice To Have
- Degree in Psychology, Business, or a related field
- Experience working across UK or EMEA markets
- Own and grow meaningful client relationships
