XMA are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Internal Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing internal sales team. This role is suited to a self-sufficient, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-led environment and has a strong focus on performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Internal Sales Manager
You will manage and mentor Team Leaders and Internal Sales Account Managers, ensuring the team consistently delivers against revenue targets, margin expectations, and activity KPIs.
Set, monitor and drive monthly revenue and margin targets
Own KPI management across activity, conversion, and pipeline
Conduct regular 1-to-1s focused on performance, development, and output
Drive accurate weekly forecasting and opportunity management
Analyse sales data and implement actions to increase conversion and customer value
Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results
Work cross-functionally with Marketing and internal stakeholders to maximise lead generation and campaign ROI
Recruit, develop and retain top internal sales talent
About You:
Internal Sales Manager
Experience leading a target-driven internal sales team
Confident being measured on numbers and performance
Understands forecasting, conversion rates, and commercial drivers
Self-sufficient, decisive, and comfortable making performance calls
Enjoys mentoring and developing individuals to exceed targets
Thrives in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.
