Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Reading Area for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager. The CRM Manager will oversee the implementation and optimization of customer relationship management systems, ensuring they align with business objectives. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, analyzing customer data to improve marketing strategies, designing tailored customer engagement initiatives, coordinating CRM-related projects, and collaborating with teams on sales and market segmentation strategies to drive growth.
