This temporary Sales & Marketing Coordinator role supports a fast-paced commercial team with order processing, customer communication, and coordination across supply chain and sales functions. Description

Sales and Marketing Coordinator, Reading:

* Process customer orders accurately and manage order amendments in a timely manner

* Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, ensuring prompt resolution

* Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery

* Monitor order status and proactively communicate delays or stock issues

* Maintain accurate records within internal systems and update trackers regularly

* Support sales teams with reporting, data analysis, and administrative tasks

* Assist with invoicing queries and liaise with finance where required

* Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service

Profile

Sales and Marketing Coordinator, Reading:

* Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or coordination role

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting

* Confident communicator, both written and verbal

* Experience working with cross-functional teams

* Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

* Proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment

Job Offer

£14 - £18 per hour dependant upon relevant experience. Additionally there is a very good chance of the role becoming a permanent role for a successful candidate
