We are seeking a highly organised Assistant Buyer to join a growing organisation based in Theale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration, procurement, or buying experience to join a fast-paced and collaborative team.
This is a permanent Assistant Buyer opportunity based at the Head Office in Theale, with hybrid working available.

As the Assistant Buyer, you will be responsible for:
* Managing the purchasing inbox, responding to service requests, queries, invoices, and procurement tasks
* Buying and performance managing service contracts
* Maintaining accurate service contract records and supporting procurement processes
* Obtaining supplier quotes and liaising with suppliers to support buying activity
* Supporting supplier relationships and helping to deliver measurable KPIs
* Assisting with project coordination, data management, and reporting
* Problem-solving and managing stakeholder expectations
The successful Assistant Buyer will have the following related skills / experience:
* Previous experience working within a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Experience working with databases and data management
* Procurement or buying experience would be advantageous but is not essential
