Global Payroll Transformation Analyst

Primark is looking for a Business Analyst to join their global Payroll transformation programme. You will define payroll requirements and support the implementation of a new payroll platform, collaborating with HR, Finance, and Technology teams.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years’ experience in payroll system changes, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and expertise in process mapping.
